COMPARISON
Paradev (formerly Superset) and Saycode: what’s the difference?
Looking for a Paradev alternative? Start with what each is built for. Paradev (formerly Superset) is a developer app that runs coding agents in parallel. Saycode deploys what agents build for the whole team, with AI costs in one place.

Which one fits?
When Paradev fits
- A developer wants to split work across several agents on a Mac
- You want to keep using your agent subscriptions on your own computer
When Saycode fits
- Colleagues who are not developers need to use and fix what was built
- Tools need to be deployed to an internal URL and managed by the company
- Company database access must be set per person, down to tables and columns
Already using Paradev (formerly Superset)?
- 1
Developers split work across agents in Paradev to build features, then push the code to a repository.
- 2
Use “Import a code repository” in Saycode to turn that repository into a project and deploy it to an internal URL.
- 3
Colleagues on Windows and colleagues who are not developers open the same project and change it by asking, and the original owner reviews before it is merged.
Frequently asked questions
Is Paradev the same product as Superset?
Yes. Superset from superset.sh renamed itself Paradev in October 2026, and accounts, workspaces, and settings carry over. It is unrelated to Apache Superset, the data visualization and BI tool.
Should we use Saycode instead of Paradev?
They do different jobs. Paradev helps developers code fast with several agents, and Saycode deploys and shares what they build as company tools, with AI costs managed in one place. If you already use Paradev, you can use both.
Can we use it on Windows?
According to its official documentation, Paradev does not support Windows yet. Saycode works on the web, macOS and Windows desktops, and iOS and Android apps.
